Personal data that is processed
ArcheTooling B.V. processes personal data when someone uses our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself.
Overview of personal data we process:
• Name and family name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Education
• Employer
• Job title
• Data on website activity of our customers
• Internet browser and device type
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data of website vistors younger than 16 years old. This is unless they are allowed to by parents or legal guardian. Unforntunately it is not possible to check if a vistor is above this age. We advise parents to be involved in the online activity of their children to prevent data being collected during this activity withour their parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data of a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@archepeople.nl and we will delete this data.
Purpose of processing personal data
ArcheTooling B.V. processes personal data for the following purposes:
• Contractual obligations where there is an agreement and the person concerned gives permission to process their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
• Justified interest, i.e. (scientific) research and a development interest towards new services and products.
ArcheTooling B.V. does not use automated decision making.
Retention period
ArcheTooling B.V. does not keep personal data longer than needed for reaching the goals for which the data is collected. We use a retention period of personal data of maximum 6 months after contractual agreements are finished or an assignment has been completed.
During the term of an agreement or assignment the personal data is kept.
Sharing personal data with third parties
ArcheTooling B.V. only shares personal data with third parties when necessary to fulfill an obligation/agreement/assignment and to meet legal obligations. Selling data to third parties does not happen. Workers that process personal data use the same agreed standards as ArcheTooling B.V. and process data only for the purpose for which the data is collected.

ArcheTooling B.V. uses technical cookies, functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe someones privacy. You have the right to consult your personal data, correct or delete it. You have the right to revoke your consent of processing your personal data or to object against the processing of your personal data by ArcheTooling B.V.. You have the right of data portability. This means that you can request us to send your personal data to you or a designated organisation.
You can send a request to consult, correct or delete your personal data, transfer your personal data, revoke your consent or object against the processing of your personal to info@archepeople.nl.
To make sure the request is made by you we ask you to add a copy of your ID card to the request. Make sure to protect your privacy by crossing out the machine readable zone, ID number, social security number and photograph. We will respond to your request as soon as possible within at least four weeks.
